We photograph the selected boards and send them to you for approval. Cutting starts only after you confirm the grain and figure.
Your timeline—typically 8 to 12 weeks—is quoted at brief stage, before any deposit changes hands. The schedule is fixed, not estimated.
We build to the signed specification. Delivery is white-glove and scheduled at your site's readiness, not ours.
